Joe Liberatore

Joe Liberatore oversees Kforce’s business strategy and operations. Liberatore has served as CEO since 2022 and president since 2012. His previous roles include Kforce Interactive president, chief sales officer, chief talent officer and chief financial officer.

Liberatore champions innovation. His vision and commitment to excellence led the firm through two transformative ages: the dot.com era and the pandemic. Kforce Interactive steered the firm through the adoption of emerging web-based technologies. Kforce Reimagined evaluated when and how work is done in response to the COVID-19 pandemic resulting in the firm’s office occasional operating model. Kforce experienced significant growth in response to both transformations.

Liberatore joined Kforce in 1988 and was named Florida Personnel Consultant Rookie of the Year the following year. He is a two-time recipient of the firm’s prestigious Dick Maddock award, which is given to the team member who best exemplifies the company’s core values.

Liberatore graduated from Oswego State University in New York. In his spare time, he mentors leaders, provides guidance and support to charitable organizations, and enjoys spending time with his family and their beloved rescue pets.
