TAMPA, FL (November 2025) — Kforce is proud to kick off its fourth annual Season of Impact, a stewardship initiative that empowers employees to make a difference in their communities during the fall and winter months.
The initiative, which evolved from Kforce’s Day of Giving, established nearly a decade ago, reflects the firm’s culture of compassion, unity and service. Employees are encouraged to give their time to causes that resonate with them, whether in person or virtually.
“It’s heartwarming to see our people come together to create meaningful impact in our communities,” Stewardship Chair Crystal Early said. “We’re grateful for every Kforcer who makes this possible and brings our values to life.”
In addition to supporting Kforce’s four corporate-sponsored charities, this year’s Season of Impact features partnerships with Metropolitan Ministries, Hope Children’s Home and the Fezziwig Foundation, among others. Employees are encouraged to support families in need by donating hygiene products, serving meals or volunteering at holiday events. or volunteering at holiday events.
In 2024, Kforce employees served 1,470 meals with Feeding Tampa Bay, raised money through a virtual food drive and packed hundreds of packages for Operation Blue Santa. Additional efforts supported organizations like Inspiredu Atlanta and the American Heart Association’s Boston Hope Lodge.
