TAMPA, FL (January 2026) – Kforce proudly concludes its fourth Season of Impact, a firmwide stewardship initiative empowering employees to make a difference in their local communities during the fall and winter months. Season of Impact is an expansion of the firm's annual Day of Giving, which began in honor of September 11 and National Day of Service. This year, Kforcers dedicated more than 500 volunteer hours to organizations across the nation providing meals, walking to raise awareness, donating items and connecting with others to spread joy.
"Our employees continue to show what it means to live our values of compassion, unity and fun by giving their time and heart to causes that matter," Stewardship Chair Crystal Early said. "Each volunteer hour reflects our team's commitment to creating a meaningful impact in the lives of others."
Season highlights include Kforce employees supporting the firm's corporate sponsored charities by sorting and packing food with Feeding Tampa Bay, serving as mentors to Junior Achievement students and supporting Special Operations Warrior Foundation's annual fundraiser. Additionally, Kforcers celebrated several birthdays for children at Hope Children's Home, brought their therapy animals to assisted living and rehabilitation facilities, planted trees in public parks and educated high school students about AI in the job search. Other partnerships this season include Metropolitan Ministries, United Way and the Alzheimer's Association.
Kforce strives to create a lasting, positive impact on the world, and that commitment runs through every layer of the firm. We look forward to building on this momentum and continuing to support organizations making a meaningful difference.
